Another great place for eating in Siena!
The place is tiny, so you should book on a week-end. They offer excellent regional cuisine, and a good wine selection.

Osteria Le Logge

I was in Siena over the week-end, and went to Osteria Le Logge, near Piazza del Campo. Their Fiorentina is superb! But you have to share it with at least one friend. They also have an excellent wine selection. Definitely recommended! Be sure to book in advance.
